Sharing

Data collection:

In face-to-face coaching/training, no electronic documentation is created. I work exclusively in writing on paper. I maintain a physical folder. A data sheet for the initial assessment and the documentation of the coaching process are sealed and stored anonymously under an agreed-upon alias.

 

Similarly, in electronic use, an alias or pseudonym should be used, and generally no personal data such as date of birth, address, employee numbers, and the like should be provided.

I collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary for providing our coaching and training services and for continuous support through the AI twin “Brighty_ai”.

 

The collected data serves the following purposes:

  • Contract management and communication with clients

  • Possible use of the AI twin and possible follow-up support based on its communication.

  • Improving our offering and optimizing the AI platform Coachvox

  • Fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations

 

 

 

Online training sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams. Data protection

or Mentimeter Interactive presentation software - Mentimeter

Datenschutz im Detail Coachvox

Nutzungsbedingung des KI-Zwillings Brighty_ai Wenn Sie/Du mit meinem KI-Zwilling Brighty_ai (bereitgestellt über die Plattform „Coachvox“) chattest, werden Ihre/Deine Eingaben technisch erfasst und auf Servern von Coachvox gespeichert, um Antworten zu generieren, Missbrauch zu erkennen und den Dienst zu verbessern. Coachvox und ich (Creator) gelten dabei für die Chat-Inhalte und zugehörige Metadaten (z.B. Zeitpunkt der Anfrage, technische Protokolldaten) als gemeinsame Verantwortliche im Sinne der DSGVO.​ Bitte geben Sie/gib in den Chat keine personenbezogenen Daten ein, insbesondere keine sensiblen Informationen (z.B. Gesundheitsdaten, Angaben zu Religion, Herkunft, politischen Meinungen, strafrechtlich relevante Inhalte oder vollständige Klarnamen anderer Personen). Formulieren Sie/Formuliere Deine Fragen und Beispiele so, dass sie auf allgemeiner Ebene bleiben (z.B. „ein/e Mitarbeiter/in in meinem Team“ statt des vollen Namens und konkreter identifizierbarer Details).​ Welche Daten verarbeitet werden Beim Einsatz des KI-Zwillings können – je nach Nutzung – insbesondere folgende Daten verarbeitet werden:​ Chat-Inhalte (Fragen, Antworten, Konversationstexte) technische Nutzungsdaten (z.B. Datum/Uhrzeit der Anfrage, IP-Adresse, Logdaten) ggf. Kontaktdaten, wenn Sie/Du sich/dich für zusätzliche Services registrieren (z.B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse) Coachvox verschlüsselt Creator-, Endnutzer- und AI-Daten bei der Übertragung und Speicherung und setzt Analyse-Tools (z.B. Cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) ein, um Nutzung und Sicherheit des Dienstes zu verbessern. Weitere Informationen zur Datenverarbeitung durch Coachvox finden Sie/findest Du in der Coachvox Privacy Policy, die vor der Nutzung des KI-Coach verlinkt ist.​ Ihre/Deine Rechte und Kontakt: Sie können/Du kannst Ihre/Deine Rechte nach DSGVO (Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch) sowohl gegenüber mir als Creator als auch direkt gegenüber Coachvox geltend machen. Wenn Sie möchten/Du möchtest, dass bestimmte Chat-Inhalte gelöscht werden oder Fragen zu der Nutzung des KI-Coach haben/hast, kontaktieren Sie/kontaktiere mich bitte unter den im Impressum genannten Kontaktdaten oder wenden Sie sich/wende Dich an Coachvox unter hello@coachvox.com.

Control over data

You have the right to access, update, and modify your personal information at any time. For any questions regarding the correction, restriction, or deletion of your data, please contact our data protection officer, whose contact details are provided in this privacy policy/legal notice.

We delete your personal chat content immediately. However, please note that we are legally required to retain technical operating logs (excluding chat content) for six months to comply with the EU AI Regulation's traceability requirements.

You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future and also have the right to data portability in accordance with the legal provisions. We will promptly review and address your data protection concerns in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Data security

To protect your personal data, we implement technical and organizational measures via Coachvox Ltd., where all data is protected in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

 

  • Storage on servers within the EU or according to equivalent data protection standards

  • Coachvox protects your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and manipulation.
