Example of a process:

Each team develops value-oriented and systemic concrete behaviors in specific work settings and clear rules for interaction.

After the team presents its team culture (values and clarity regarding collaboration and goals) to its leader, the leader clearly communicates their expectations and goals to the team, clearly outlining their role and approach. Through mutual commitment, a collaborative environment develops in which the leader provides guidance while remaining an integral part of the shared work process. This strengthens team ownership and creates a solid foundation for achieving common goals.
